Mini-Batch Tempering Microwave Oven: MIP4 System Advantages

The MIP4 Mini-Batch Tempering Microwave Oven offers a unique range of system advantages. It is a space saving solution, as it eliminates the need for tempering rooms or racks. It also removing multiple handling sequences and related mess associated with other processes or equipment. Its technology enables predictable final product temperature attainment, while adding processing flexibility with mini-batch tempering on demand for better service.

TEMPERING MINI BATCH

Not only does this unit improve quality and yield, but it also retains flavor and protein compounds for consumers. As for the surrounding environment and work conditions, incorporating the MIP4 into your facility will improve sanitation and safety efforts, while also saving on labor costs, with the elimination of potential risks associated with stripping cartons.

MIP4

Additionally, this reduces the disposal of waste cardboard. The mini-batch tempering oven also simplifies compliance with government sanitation regulations and guidelines. Lastly, it reduces the potential for airborne contaminants for food. Overall, our microwave tempering technology offers several advantages and benefits to the end user.

System Advantages

Advanced Microwave Technology for Even, Consistent Tempering

Microwave Techniques advanced microwave tempering technology is backed by decades of diligent research and development, real-life tempering trials, and an install base in the thousands for various customers in the food processing industry. Over forty years of experience allows us to lead the way in terms of innovation, technology, and applications knowledge. The PLC processor operates the control software for the generator.

PLC

It enables constant power generation at preset power levels. In addition, it provides a digital display of status information, including actual versus set point power, as well as fault diagnosis. The generator is electrically isolated from the process oven by an integral microwave circulator, helping provide long magnetron life.

Circ-Mag

On behalf of advanced circulator technology, along with Microwave Techniques waveguide expertise and high power transmission capabilities, this makes it highly possible to install the generator for the system in a remote location.
