Coaxial Windows: RF Design and Capabilities Overview

Microwave Techniques coaxial windows offer a design that provides end users with a low VSWR, low insertion loss, compensated gas stop. Teflon dielectric and 1/8″ NPT fittings are supplied in our standard units. However, different fittings, ceramic, or other dielectric materials are available for special service and other custom or unique applications.

A general overview of Microwave Techniques RF design capabilities for coaxial windows includes:

Coaxial Windows RF
  • Standard and custom window designs
  • A variety of interfaces and flange types
  • Connectors: standard and high power anchors
  • Standard materials: aluminum alloy and copper alloy
  • Sizes: 7/8″, 1-5/8″, 3-1/8″, 4-1/16″, 6-1/8″, 9-3/16″, 12″
  • UHV compatible product line, suitable for vacuum environments
  • Custom application materials: quartz, alumina, sapphire and more
