75kW Microwave Generator: Features and Design Overview

The 75kW microwave generator by Microwave Techniques incorporates advanced features with a pioneering design that is the result of several decades of research and development. This unit now stands as the industry-leading linear power supply on the marketplace. It features the most advanced circulator arc protection and advanced 24 volt control circuit, per IEC safety standards.

75 kW microwave generator

Microwave isolation filtering on the incoming power lines complies with Harmonics Emissions standard EN 61000-3-12. The 75kW microwave generator enclosures are all constructed of food-grade stainless steel. Although, we also recommend locating the generator away from excessive moisture or highly caustic wash-down areas. Each generator includes an advanced, soft-start module. For controls, all door and estop locks are easily accessible for safe operation.

Advanced Microwave Technology: Controls and Safety Features

The generator controller option includes an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1100 PLC, as well as an Allen-Bradley Panelview +6 touch screen mounted in a stainless steel enclosure. The controller allows for intuitive use, in addition to easy access for monitoring and controlling the microwave generator. A manual for operation and all software is included.

Other features, notable options, and unique attributes for Microwave Techniques 75kW microwave generator includes:

Advanced Features
  • Safety locks on all panels.
  • Advanced electronic controls.
  • Delivers 256,000 BTUs per hour.
  • High-speed magnetron protection.
  • Diodes designed to eliminate failure.
  • Circuit breaker protection for all circuitry.
  • Fast warm-up time and low operating cost.
  • Intuitive troubleshooting screens and fault diagnostics.
  • Provides between 5kW and 75kW of microwave power.
  • Options for remote control, monitoring, and management.
  • Computer-controlled precision through Allen-Bradley PLC.
  • For advanced users, custom and centralized control screens.
