Microwave Techniques service department includes maintenance, repair, and technician visits to show your team how to understand, operate, and perform light maintenance on your equipment. In fact, when you purchase a system from MT, we send out a technician directly to your facility for installation and training.
We can repair, maintain, and service any type of microwave system, regardless of the original manufacturer, who built, or installed it. Microwave Techniques often repairs and services other OEMs microwave systems.
Remote Troubleshooting
We have microwave system support teams on standby that are ready to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix any issues you may be facing with your systems. Our team of certified MT service technicians have capabilities with remote troubleshooting via Ethernet access to PLC controls. Often times, remote troubleshooting can fix an issue altogether, or we can provide temporary solutions until a technician arrives. While most of our programming is mostly focused on Allen Bradley PLC interfaces, we also work with Siemens devices.
